Privacy Policy

The Submariner does not require an account and the developer does not collect, store, or receive any personal information about you. There are no ads, no analytics and no tracking.

What stays on your device

Your progress — gems, pearls, bonus objectives, unlocked suits and your settings — is saved on your device. It is never transmitted to the developer, and deleting the app removes it.

iCloud

If you are signed in to iCloud, your progress is also synced between your devices using Apple's iCloud storage, so you can carry on where you left off. This data is stored by Apple in your own iCloud account under Apple's privacy policy; the developer cannot see or access it.

Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, your achievements, gem total and Time Attack times are sent to Apple so achievements and leaderboards work. This is handled entirely by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. The Submariner works normally if you are not signed in.

Children

The Submariner does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children.
