Fairways: Golf Club Manager for iPad
Found a bug, a golfer stuck somewhere they shouldn't be, or an idea for the club? Get in touch and it'll get looked at.
It helps to include your iPad model, your iPadOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot is even better.
Common questions
Where are my saved clubs kept?
On your iPad and, if you're signed in to iCloud, in Fairways' folder in your
own iCloud account, so they come back after a reinstall or on another iPad.
Without iCloud they live only on the iPad, and deleting the app deletes them.
Golfers are walking off.
They gave up waiting. Check the tee sheet and pace of play in the Course
window: more holes, a marshal, or wider tee-time spacing all help.
Why are fewer golfers coming?
Visitors react to tangible things: the number of holes, grass condition, the
green fee against what each type of golfer thinks is fair, facilities and
waiting times. The Handbook inside the game explains each one.
The game feels warm or the battery drains quickly.
Lower the graphics quality in Settings, or turn on Low Power Mode, which
caps it automatically.
Does it need the internet?
No. Fairways plays fully offline; iCloud only syncs your saved clubs when it can. See the privacy
policy.
What does "Share anonymous stats" send?
Only if you said Share: what's played, for how long, and crash reports, with
nothing about you and no names. Turn it off any time in Settings › Game; the
privacy policy has the full list.
